Their description is very misleading as they advertise a 2 hour experience which is infact a 15 minute experience. On top of that they charge about €20 more than the hamam direct and give you less. You can stay in the hamam for as long as you want. So in summary avoid Custom Travel book direct and I won't be using Get A Guide again as their truly unforgettable experience is unforgettable but for all the wrong reasons.”
